Ismael Tajouri-Shradi hasn’t been involved in a game since New York City FC’s 3-0 win against Seattle Sounders on July 3, which means the Libyan winger has now been sidelined for just over three weeks.

Little update has been given on his condition since sustaining an ankle injury in the Emerald City. But we know one thing for sure — he will not be on the field at Yankee Stadium tomorrow night. Earlier today, NYCFC officially ruled out Tajouri-Shradi against Sporting Kansas City.

In ITS’s absence, NYCFC have gone 1-2-0 (W-L-D). Whether or not those two losses have anything to do with Tajouri-Shradi’s unavailability is anyone’s guess, but it surely hasn’t helped. Regardless, the Boys in Blue will have to make do without him for at least one more matchup.
