The men's team have yet to announce signing a single player to the squad. The season opener is scheduled for March 8, and season tickets are available to purchase, but the roster seems to be empty. Last month, Head Coach Marlon LeBlanc told Hudson River Blue that his team "are turning over every stone, looking at every corner of the soccer world for a good mix of young talent and veteran talent." But if players have been signed to BKFC, their names have not been revealed to the public.
BKFC now have a little less than seven weeks to assemble a team.
Across the Hudson in New Jersey, the Cosmos are launching a men's team for the 2026 USL League One season, and now have 19 players after adding a young defender and a veteran attacker last week.
